Made in the UK and used all over the world, it comes apart in three pieces that are light enough for a one woman band to move around wherever she wishes. It needs relatively flat/firm/level ground, but doesn't need to be perfect.
Very low profile, stable and non slip, it is safe up to 2000kg (haven't yet come across a horse that would top that... but it's actually in case horses jump around and put extra force on fewer legs than they should).
Accuracy is +/- 0.1% (reads to 1kg) and it has been designed to capture live moving weights - so the horse does not need to stand perfectly still to get an accurate reading.
