AGILITY has a new theme this year. Come and learn how to prepare you and your horse for going out on the trail with Suzanne Bellette. Outline for the short theory sessions: Connecting with your horse in a new environment Releasing tension in you and your horse Use of obstacles for gaining trust and developing your communication skills Strategic use of patterns Understanding horse herd psychology for a safer horse Outline for practical session: Session 1 Connecting your horse to you and vice versa, transitions & yielding - if necessary Use of obstacles to develop communication and confidence Introduction to helpful patterns in familiar area, individually and then in pairs Introduce your horse to trail area Arrival is at 8.30am and finish at 3pm.
