Rebecca Ashton is an accredited dressage coach (BHS trained), and a qualified Pilates instructor.
Rebecca has ridden to FEI and trained extensively in Europe, spending time with trainers, such as Wolfram Wittig, Rudolph Zeilinger, Christopher Bartle, Anky Van Grunsven, Hans Riegler (SRS Vienna).
She has also spent time in Holland investigating Adelinde Cornelissen’s fitness program. Rebecca regularly writes articles for publications such as Dressage Today, The Horse Magazine, and Chronicle of the Horse.
