Join us on the mat this March for Pilates for Riders with the ever amazing Rebecca Ashton!
Rebecca is both a qualified Pilates Instructor, Level 3 (UK CYQ) and EA Accredited Coach (Level 1 Dressage Specialist). She adeptly translates the pilates moves from the mat to the saddle.....to support us to "be the athlete we expect our horses to be"
