About the Event
Having competed successfully at FEI level dressage, (as well as dabbling in eventing and jumping), these days Camilla is most interested in helping riflers build a positive, confident relationship with their horses through focusing on the basics.
Awareness: become aware of your comfort zones, expanding your ‘safe bubble’ and mindfully creating the best learning environment for your horse and yourself.
Biomechanics: make it easier for your horse to move freely by paying attention to your own balance and suppleness, while appreciating the fundamental values of rhythm/relaxation/suppleness/ connection.
Communication: develop effective strategies to build the attunement that reinforces and sustains the horse/human bond, and learn to recognise the moments of heartfelt synchrony in your riding.
These clinics are intended to be relaxed, enjoyable experiences for young or green or nervous horses and riders. The focus is on facilitating a safe small, collaborative group that celebrates each step of progress and promotes ethical, kind and safe interactions with horses.
Clinics will be run in small groups of up to 4 riders.
