What better way to banish the Winter chills whilst doing good for your body and your BFF! Join us this June for Pilates for Riders with the always amazing Rebecca Ashton.
Rebecca is both a qualified Pilates Instructor, Level 3 (UK CYQ) and EA Accredited Coach (Level 1 Dressage Specialist). She adeptly translates the pilates moves from mat to saddle.....to support us to "be the athlete we expect our horses to be"
