Like Spring, ‘Pilates for Riders’ with Rebecca Ashton makes a welcome return.
Rebecca is both a qualified Pilates Instructor, Level 3 (UK CYQ) and EA Accredited Coach (Level 1 Dressage Specialist). She adeptly translates the pilates moves from mat to saddle.....to support us to "be the athlete we expect our horses to be"
