Volunteering...
|
Volunteering is a fantastic way to meet people or see what happens at a competition before you try it yourself. No specialist knowledge is needed to help build jump courses, pick up poles or read the draw list of entries as a showjumping steward. You can learn a huge amount by pencilling for one of our knowledgeable and friendly dressage or showjumping judges. If you do have specialist knowledge or experience, helping is an opportunity to pass that on and put something back into the sport you love. |

If you don't have a horse right now, or have just moved to the area, volunteering is a great way to get into the local horse scene.
You can help for a day, half a day or as little as an hour. The most important thing is you commit in advance so the Phase Head can schedule you in - and of course you must turn up.
If you would rather help behind the scenes or between competitions, there are jobs such as phoning around for other helpers or buying refreshments for a club night - all expenses are reimbursed promptly in full.
How can you help out - just fill out the form below. We'll add you to our list of helpers and will contact you for upcoming events to check if you're available to help out.
